Hello Support Community,

Would there be someone to help me to synchronize our time correctly by using ntp? our cisco phone 7925G is sync to call manager server but for a year now the time is getting more and more advanced. now it is 15 minutes ahead.

Thank you.

I have this environment already configured and running. I have not done anything as I am not really knowledgeable with it. I am a newbie to cisco world but I have to learn now..

if you can guide me with this, it will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

OK, you'll need to log into

OK, you'll need to log into your CUCM PUB via CLI, do this on console or via SSH

Once you're in, issue the command

utils ntp status

That will tell you if CUCM has the right time from the NTP, if the NTP is the one with the wrong time, or if the phone is the one with an offset.
