However, CUP does support a number of APIs that may assist in creating a tool to do such. You can take a look at these at on the Cisco Developer Network.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have been looking for a way to add groups for our contacts in the presence client.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Does anyone have a link, way or suggestion if this can be done?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Adding one user at a time to the contacts section and not being able to pre-populate users is a lot of work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
