How to add contact groups to CUPC

We have been looking for a way to add groups for our contacts in the presence client. Does anyone have a link, way or suggestion if this can be done? Adding one user at a time to the contacts section and not being able to pre-populate users is a lot of work.

hi Kevin,

Currently there is no integated mechanism internal to CUP/CUPC to create pre-defined contact lists or groups. However, CUP does support a number of APIs that may assist in creating a tool to do such.
