    <description>you can try to reset the jabber from the 'cog' icon again, then select File &amp;gt; Reset Jabber;&lt;BR /&gt;Click Reset to confirm the action;&lt;BR /&gt;it should reset the jabber.&lt;BR /&gt;Close the Jabber application. and also delete the jabber folder under roaming and local.&lt;BR /&gt;not resolved. then re-install the jabber.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you still face the issue, can you email the jabber problem report if you don't want to post in this public forum (shalidkc@gmail.com)&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

Please contact your administrator&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I check CSF configuration, UC Service, assigned user&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;the user can connect to Sel care portal&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Siwar,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is a single user issue, could you please delete the Jabber folder under below location;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;C:\Users\&amp;lt;windowslogonname&amp;gt;\AppData\Roaming\Cisco\Unified Communications&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;C:\Users\&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;lt;windowslogonname&amp;gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;\AppData\Local\Cisco\Unified Communications&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try the jabber log in again. see if you are still getting the error. further, you can attach the jabber error report to look in details.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Shalid&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your replay, &lt;SPAN class="tlid-translation translation"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I tried to erase the cache but it did not work,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN class="tlid-translation translation"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; i found this error in the report : FAILED_UCM90_AUTHENTICATION&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;user active in LDAP&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;no change affected&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;user is enabled for presence&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;User assigned&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;User have a CSF&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;CSF have a owner User&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;the other users are connected&lt;/P&gt;</description>
