LDAP Change AD Domain

We have a company on cucm 12.5, who have been taken over by a parent company and therefore the LDAP synch will need to be changed to reflect the new domain. The issue I have is that the user-id is in the format name.domain.com

so in CUCM users, user-id would be Alicesmith@domain.com Each user has approx 4 different devices such as jabber for win, Iphone, handset etc.

The new LDAP integration will have the same format for the user-id Alicesmith@newdomain.com

1. I am going to have duplicate users albeit a different domain

2. each device will need to have the user changed form the old to the new for licensing compliance

Is their any easy way to achieve this rather than doing bulk updates?
