For example, JTAPI may not be running on all the nodes. (It does show the location configured on CUCM, but still in 0% and does not show the BW Used)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Top 5 Utilized Trunk/Route Groups. (I can see the E1 on the gateway, but not the channel utilization or trafic. It shows 0%)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Prime License Manager.
