MCS 7845-H2 power off by it self... what happened?

Hi all we have a MCS 7845-H2 with versión 6.1.5.10000-10 in two times , we found the box turned off, anyone went to put it in shutdown, seems like que somethings happens inside the MCS 7845-H2 ... do you know what can be happening?

Its not risky, basically

Its not risky, basically writes a file on the disk with server health.
