      <title>Active users in Presence server</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello ,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have issue with Presence server .&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;when I open Presence Redundancy Group configuration in CUCM,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I got error: "[4562] error retrieving active users from the IM and Presence server".&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In one of the server I didn't see active users,only Assigned Users.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The status of server&amp;nbsp; normal .&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I try to reboot server but It did not solve the problem.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My version of CUCM 10.5.2.2000-1.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My version of Presence 10.5.2.20000-1&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;any idea?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In IMP , under Presence Topology --Default CUPSubcluster. What is Node State of Server?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do check for alerts&amp;nbsp; and SRM service in IMP Administration on Top Right.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You can see the error on the &amp;nbsp;top left corner , right now all of the user are working on 1 sever &amp;nbsp;beacuse when we try to move them to the seconed server I see 0 active useres&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Can u Disable HA in CUCM under Presence Redundancy group and restart the SRM services on second node by taking maintenance&amp;nbsp; window?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;After this, enable HA again&lt;/P&gt;
