Hello All,

We have recently installed expressway C in our network but not able to access it via GUI or SSH.

Suspecting issue with installation we have done re-installation as well.

Any suggestions or support ?

Can you check if the VM is in correct VLAN/port group?

Did you remember to allocate a Virtual NIC to a Physical NIC interface in the VM host? Pages 22 and 23 of the Install Guide.

The issue was related to IP address conflict as the same IP add was assigned to multiple server.
