      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Experts,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a report (other than CDR) in CUCM that can easily be generated by a non-technical staff to detail a user or DN phone activity? We need to enable some of our department supervisors to generate detailed phone activity reports about their staff. I'm hoping there is a GUI in CUCM they can use to easily generate this report.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you very much,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Randy C.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sure, but pretty sure that a 3rd party CDR/billing type app would be cheaper than UCCX not to mention that it would be purpose-built for what you're looking to do and would have zero impact/change to the workflow of your users. Just a thought.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
