      <title>The most weird issue CUCM 11.5</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Expert, I have a big problem with my Lab, &lt;BR /&gt;I try to install a VM CUCM 11.5 on ESXi vmware with HP Z820 Workstation&lt;BR /&gt;and I have always an error message that you can find in attachmed &lt;BR /&gt;before I poste my question, I try several thing &lt;BR /&gt;1. upgrad bios&lt;BR /&gt;2. install server update of CUCM 11.5&lt;BR /&gt;3. copie an installed CUCM VM from other server to my Lab HP Z820, when I do this I have error message when I try to log on administrator page "database communication error"&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;for information : &lt;BR /&gt;HP Z820 Workstation : &lt;BR /&gt;12 CPU x 2,494 GHz&lt;BR /&gt;Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2640&lt;BR /&gt;VMware vSphere 6 &lt;BR /&gt;32 Go RAM&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Seems to be the installation process is corrupted.You should try rebooting the server and start the installation process again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also check the&amp;nbsp;dbms-install can fail -&amp;nbsp;CSCus81593&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I addition to the OVA/resource-allocation being a problem and/or a corrupt installation media, two other things come to mind:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you have forward and reverse DNS entries for the system you are trying to install?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;And is NTP synched between the host platform and whatever NTP source you are configuring during the installation?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are still facing issue with installation , you may want to collect Install logs for one failed attempt.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Install logs should contain the reason for failure.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I Think found the main cause of my problem, in fact HP Z820 Workstation is only RAM DDR3 and CUCM 11.5 request RAM DDR4.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am Blocked I must to sell my HP Z820 Workstation &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Enfin, je trouve la cause du problème, c’était un disque dur, très ancien et très lent.&amp;nbsp;after the change of disque tout va bien.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;even in begin i thought that was a RAM issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your support &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
