    <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you have the phones that are attempting to answer with call pick up and the hunt pilot number configured with the same call pick up group number?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please rate helpful answers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I successfully tested this scenario.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hunt pilot configured with&amp;nbsp;a call pickup group&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;amp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phone outside the hunt group configured with the same call pickup group.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phone outside the huntgroup is able to answer&amp;nbsp;an inbound call from the hunt group by pressing the call pickup button.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i see this error when try to capture a call from DN with call pickup group configured. anyone could give some idea?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have Hunt Pilot and cpgr working together.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks Anna&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
