Installation of Cisco IM & Presence

I've installed and running CUCM publisher node with 1 subscriber. Version is 10.5. I am trying to install IM & Presence 10.5 from the installation disk. i also created a iso from the setup disk.

But i'm getting the message operating system not found. I'm using vmware esxi5.5. I've tested with other iso and all are working.

Please help.

You are not booting your iso image properly. When you get such message confirm one thing that your image is connected to correct path.

and wait for few min.

I've tried with redhat and cucm iso in the same vm. they all are working. This disk is provided by Cisco. We have created iso from this disk.
