      <description>&lt;P&gt;We are upgrading UCCX from&amp;nbsp;7.0(1)SR05 to 8.5.1, after running PUT we got the backup file as&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PUTBackup26-Aug-14#14-29.tar&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;While restoring this file in 8.5.1 system we are getting error message as "Enter a valid backup file" and is unable to proceed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Backup TAR location details given as&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SFTP address : x.x.x.x&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;File path : /&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;User name : admin&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Password : *******&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Appreciate your feedback&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
