&lt;P&gt;we are planning to upgrade below components . can we achive all the upgrade via pcd tool itself ? do we need cobras tool to upgrade &amp;nbsp;cuc &amp;nbsp;?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;please guide me with references for the successful upgrade&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can do CUCM using PCD but not CUC. Refer below:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Also, Cobras is used when you want to move certain things such as mailboxes, users etc between two different CUC servers and is not an alternate to upgrade. You should be better off to do this upgrade through normal procedure i.e., using OS or CLI rather than using PCD even for CUCM since it is not a very major one that you are trying to do there.&lt;/P&gt;
