CUCM upgrade 9.1 to 11

Hi,

One of the my customer wants to upgrade the CUCM 9.1 to 11 from physical appliance to virtual environment. But customer does not have the Prime Collaboration Deployment application for migrate to this version. can any one help me in this. I appreciate their help.
and which licence require for upgrade the.

Hi Rupesh,

You need to place order through PUT to get PCD and permanent licenses for CUCM11.

PCD does not require any license.

sharing snapshot of what u would get after placing order through PUT under SWSS contract for CUCM.

Hi Rupesh,

You need to share the PLM request from CUCM 11 after u successfully upgrade to licensing@cisco.com along with Sales Order number /SWSS contract .

You can generate from PLM ---Licenses--Fulfilment ---Other Fulfilment options--generate License request.

you can copy it ans save it on notepad.Share this with licensing team.

Prior to upgrading keep snapshot of ecisting licenses from CUCM 9 -System--Licensing] and ELM as well.
