Is it possible to set up WebEx meetings via a dial-in Telephone User Interface?

As per the title really - is it possible to set up WebEx meetings via an IVR?

I am expecting the answer to be no but just want to check that I have not missed anything.

It is actually possible to do this, its called WebEx Personal Conferencing, its available with both the on premise and hosted solution, excluding the free hosted solution.

Log into your WebEx Account and click on the My WebEx Tab

On the left pane click My Profile and scroll down to My Phone Numbers

Enter a PIN, ensuring it’s not a simple sequence as this is not allowed by the system, once you have done this scroll down to the end of the page and click Update.

On the left pane click on Personal Conferencing

Click Add Account – a new window will pop-up - Click Generate and then Close

You will now see your Personal Conferencing details

To start a conference dial either the UK toll free (0800) number or the UK Toll number and enter your Host access code, you will then be prompted to enter your PIN (the one you configured previously). Attendees can then dial in and enter the Attendee access code and they will then join you in the conference.
