Can anyone tell me how you download the ' Cisco Unity Virtualization' software?

I have tried numerous time without luck. I don't seem to have access even thought i purchased the CUWL

L-UNCN8-UWLA-PAK

i can download the firmware for the physical appliance however.

also i've head about a enterprise licensing appliance? where is this download?

You should've been provided with the initial media, if not your account manager should give you a direct FTP download or the physical media. You can only download updates from Cisco's support page.

I was setup for e-delivery. I see 2 links in my email:

Access Order

Neither gives me download options for the software itself.

I tried to go to

https://edelivery.cisco.com/

and it says invalid login.

i have a support case open with numerous teams, but this seems crazy. i keep getting passed around from one support team to another.

You wouldn't download the software from Cisco directly. When you purchased the hardware/software you should have been mailed the software and license. You can request e-delivery but that's only for PAKs. I would contact your account manager.
