Please help me to understand can we put BE6k in a cloud and used as a Multi Tenanting [Single box can provide services to multiple customer] in a Hosted Environment.

It's not designed for that purpose, but technically you can do this with many limitations. The hosted solution from Cisco is called HCS.

All you can do is, seperate customers using CSS & PT, play around with device pool and other features There will be lots of configuring and you don't get appropriate Provisioning method.On top of it there might be billing issues for PSTN calling used by different customers.

Plenty o fmanual configuration which might lead into complicated administration of the platform.

The More suitable platform,as stated above is Cisco HUCS:
