      <description>&lt;P&gt;hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i just loaded cucm 8.6 and the administration panel at&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ip address/ccmadmin/showHome.do&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;does not have the right user access level is there some way to unlock it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;You installed the server????&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Anyway, if you don't see CUCM, then you DONT have CUCM on that server.&lt;BR /&gt;Yes, you need to install CUCM on another server, or VM.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Credentials are not tied, you do not manage CUCM credentials from CUC o viceversa.&lt;BR /&gt;Read the roles and groups chapters from the CUCM admin guide for your question.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sent from Cisco Technical Support iPad App&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
