      <title>call routing to an assistant</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Im trying to figure out a way to:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt; have a call come in to a line&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;if the user doesnt pickup after 3 rings it goes to an asstant&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;if the assistant doesnt pickup then it goes to the user's voicemail&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whatever method I use has to be browser based.&amp;nbsp; ie can use a windows application.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
