Cisco Mobile/Jabber without VPN

Hello,

We have a requrement where the end user (salesagent) doesnt have an hardphone or softphone and the user will use the mobile application (Cisco Mobile/Jabber) in the smartphone. Is there a way to use this application without VPN. I know in Microsfot Lync they have mobile application which wont needed VPN connectivtiy. We are looking a similar pattern in cisco environment.

Do you mean to say you want to use the Jabber on smartphone through internet without VPN ?

Without VPN you can use jabber in corporate network but if you want to use the jabber when user is outside of corporate network like 3G or Internet you need vpn.
