Cannot "Import" LDAP Users from Active Directory in Unity Connection 9.0

I've enabled synchronizing from our LDAP server in Unity Connection 9.0. I've sucessfully created the LDAP directory configuration and performed the full sync, and I've set up the LDAP authentication. I can successfully convert Local Users to LDAP users by checking the box that says "Integrate with LDAP Directory." This seems to work perfectly. But I do not have the option to "Import Users" from the LDAP directory. The only option that shows under the drop down menu for "Find End Users In..." is to import them from the phone system. From what I understand, I should have another option to pull users from LDAP here, but the option is not available. Has anyone experienced this before? Any solution to get the drop down menu to populate with the new LDAP directory I've configured?
