UCCX CSD - RASCAL error

After a new UCCX deployment, when i install CSD on my machine to monitor the queue and make sure things are running smooth, when i open the software, i get a bizarre error referring to a RASCAL server and then a COBRA server, and i can't see the teams and the software is essentially dead. Does any have any ideas? I've done a few UCCX deployments, but have never seen those particular errors before.

Server is UCCX 8.5.1 SU3, premium/HA license running on VMWare
