      <title>UCCX CSD - RASCAL error</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After a new UCCX deployment, when i install CSD on my machine to monitor the queue and make sure things are running smooth, when i open the software, i get a bizarre error referring to a RASCAL server and then a COBRA server, and i can't see the teams and the software is essentially dead.&amp;nbsp; Does any have any ideas?&amp;nbsp; I've done a few UCCX deployments, but have never seen those particular errors before.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Server is UCCX 8.5.1 SU3, premium/HA license running on VMWare&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;</description>
