Go to BAT --&amp;gt; Import/export --&amp;gt; Export, select "Directory Number (Unassigned)", run Job Now and then open the .rar file and extract .csv file which will give you the info you need.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HTH, please rate all useful posts!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Chris&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
