how could I export the list of CUCM's DN and having, for everyone, its "CSS"?

Using BAT, I can see phones and CSS related to them... but for DN?

You can do phone export under BAT and it can export all fields.

exporting all phone details under BAT, I can see all DN details (with CSS) but only for DN that are associated with phones... for the others DN?

You can run a SQL query or you can use Export feature of CUCM. Go to BAT --> Import/export --> Export, select "Directory Number (Unassigned)", run Job Now and then open the .rar file and extract .csv file which will give you the info you need.
