      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have two users that say that they are receiving there voice mail messages much later than they arrive initially.&amp;nbsp; A quote from one of them:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is an issue with our phone messages. When someone leaves me a voicemail,&amp;nbsp; it often doesn't show up until the next day. I checked all my messages first thing this morning and there were no messages. Then all of a sudden it&amp;nbsp; popped up saying that I had a voicemail and it was from yesterday.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there something that they could be doing wrong?&amp;nbsp; I have a few hundred voicemail accounts with no other issues.&amp;nbsp; Is there something I can do to troubleshoot this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;BR /&gt;Dan. &lt;/P&gt;</description>
