Dear All,

I have a cisci unity connection installed at a client site that allows users to route calls to desired extension or to the operator making use of the auto-attendant feature, this has been working well for sometime now.

Lately this system does not fucntion as it should. If a call comes in from an external caller and the caller is prompted to enter the desired DN or press 0 to speak with the operator, it simply doesnt work after the user has input the numbers, this feature may work if the caller ends the call and reinitiates it.

Please, if anyone has an idea of what can be done to solve this, kindly share.

Regards,

Tolulopeos

Well, it works internally without issues but I have checked the config on the Voice gateway and

dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric is configured.

Do you have an idea of any other pointer outside DTMF?

Thanks
