If am not sure for pickup, however for transfer, if B hang up after immediately after transferring to C, then C should see A number. Thsi is called blind transfer.

Otherwise, for attended transfer, B should tell C that is transferring A. Again once B hangs up, C will talk to A and have his number/name on display.

Dear all,

am using CUCM-BE version 7 (centralized) . I have a problem while transfering the call

or when using pickup at the HQ or at the branches.

Phone A calls the extension of phone B .Then phone B transfer the call to

phone C and hangs up. When phone C answer the call what appears on the screen of phone A

is still the name and the extension of phone B.

The same happens when using the pickup.

Phone A calls phone B. Phone B doesn`t answer and phone C uses the Gpickup and answer

the call. What appears on the screen of phone A is still the name and the extension of phone B.

Can U help please to solve my problem?
