      <title>No voicemail attachments with Single Inbox enabled in Unity Connection</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have Unity Connection 8.5 (with SU2) and Exchange 2003 SP2 enabled for Single Inbox.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When a voicemail is left an email goes to that user on Exchange and once it read, the MWI goes out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Great!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But, the email recieved does not contain the voicemail message attached.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What do I need to do to get that VM to be attached?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-rya&lt;/P&gt;</description>

-The bug points to a MS article which is&amp;nbsp; KB822175.&amp;nbsp; 

-The workaround for this issue is using Outlook client to view the message
as per the article

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are running Cisco Unity Connection V8.6.2ES25.21900-25 and Exchange 2003 SP3.&amp;nbsp; TAC indicates that if we want to use Outlook Web Access to listen to voice messages we need to upgrade our Exchange environment to 2007 or 2010.&amp;nbsp; They indicated that Cisco is not going to work on this problem that occurs when using Exchange 2003.&amp;nbsp; Does anyone have any more positive news than this? (We don't have any problem when using the Outlook client on the desktop.)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
