      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wonder if this is possible?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;While we press Hold button, the caller should hear IVR options to select from.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have CUCM 8.6 and CUE 8.6.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks for any suggestion or help there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tarun&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't know of any 3rd party app to do that, the problem I see here and which I've already explained is that when you press the hold button you cannot modify what happens.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You're going to tear down one call leg, the other one is going to be directed to the MOH stream and it's going to be a one way audio stream so that you only listen to the MOH.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HTH&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;java&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this helps, please rate&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;www.cisco.com/go/pdihelpdesk&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
