Hi,

I am trying to install Cisco ACD Supervisor Desktop on my Citrix server and unable to locate the install file. Is there a Cisco ACD Supervisor Desktop for Citrix?

Only the Agent Desktop is supported in Citrix.

Supervisor should be run as a fat client app on the PCs.

In either case, there is no specific install file; it's the same file you use on client PCs and is found in the AppAdmin web pages, under Tools/Plugins.

That helps, because I did try using the workstation install and it told me that this version is not supported on this operation system. That was why I thought that there was a terminal server version.
