Hi All

I have gone through cisco documentation on how to use COBRAS to export data from Unity to Unity Connection. However i dont seem to find out a way by which this imported data can be exported to Unity connection 8.5 during the installation of UCx 8.5. Can anyone help with this regard ?

Hi,

You can use the COBRAS import utility to have the information restored to your new server.

The above link provides the required information. Note that you need to have Informix ODBC drivers installed to connect to the UC database.

The COBRAS import can be done ONLY after the Unity Connection 8.5 is successfully installed along with the required licenses.
