Manage EP, searching for users

Good afternoon Cisco community,

I have run into a few issues that don't make any sense to me.

1) User is given all authorization roles except Admin, and maintenance but cannot select endpoints to update. Global admin can do this fine.

1.a User cannot select a domain when I try to add an endpoint.

2) second issue, user has same authorization roles but cannot use the general search bar, but I can use the global search bar in the top right.

If I'm doing something incorrectly please help! I have to demo this tomorrow and I don't want to say "I couldn't get it to work".

is this on PCP 11.2 or the EFT version of 11.5?

If 11.5, have you checked closely the access control for groups that need to have domains defined? If you don't have access to do some task for a certain domain then the choice will not come up.

If this is the EFT 11.5, please escalate this up through the EFT administrator you or Mike are working with.

I performed a browser cache clear. I've been using firefox since I first installed PCP. I'm talking with a TAC engineer to figure this out on Monday.

Wanted to update you. After the 11.5 update I was able to grant access to the Manage endpoints section and login and view the endpoints. I will delete this post within a week. I wanted to respond first. Thanks for your help.
