    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, everybody,&lt;BR /&gt;I have a Jabber client, where only softphones are used. This client is in a call pickup group with other Cisco phones. On all Cisco phones, the pickup indicator is also shown on the display. Only not on the Jabber client. &lt;BR /&gt;I have set the parameter for &amp;lt;EnableCallPickup&amp;gt; to True in jabber-config.xml. &lt;BR /&gt;&amp;lt;Policies&amp;gt;&lt;BR /&gt; &amp;lt;EnableCallPickup&amp;gt;true&amp;lt;/EnableCallPickup&amp;gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;lt;Policies&amp;gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But no window is displayed on the PC. What can I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I think this is all you have to do to make it work! Did you restart the Cisco TFTP service on the CUCM and reset your Cisco Jabber?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;yes, I even deleted the old jabber-config.xml, restarted TFTP, uploaded new config and restarted TFTP. No success &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Also, did you perform a Config Refresh in the Jabber 11.9 client? It no longer downloads the XML file at every launch/login. On Windows it’s settings cog &amp;gt; help &amp;gt; refresh config.</description>
