CUE CME/SRST MWI

Happy New Year to all Netpro's . I'm working on a project for a customer on CUE/SRSV. I have a question on MWI, I know in SRST mode MWI won't work if you have CUE as backup for VM at remote sites. Is it still the same?

If I configure CME in SRST mode will MWI work with CUE?

CUE version is 8.0 and CME/SRST is 7.1

SRSV with the Cisco Unified Messaging Gateway does support MWI

End-user features

The survivable feature set for the end user includes:

• Voicemail upload to the Cisco Unity Connection

• Synchronization of user greetings and spoken names

• Message-waiting indicator policy

• Message notification for new voicemail messages

• Distribution list addressing
