Cisco ATA 190 configuration

Hello,

Could you please help me with such configuration:

I need to configure analog signalizing optic/sound device, which should ring loud simultaneously with my ip phone.

I'm trying to connect it to the ATA 190 analog port but the device doesn't ring. When I connect an analog phone to the same port with the same configuration phone rings. I've tried to connect the analog device to the PSTN analog line and it rang.

What configuration could I change on ATA to try to force this signalizing device work? Maybe it could be Ring Waveform, Ring Frequency or Ring Voltage.

So if an analog phone works with the same config on the ATA, it is not an issue with the device itself. Did you talk to the vendor who provided the sound device ?
