In Cisco Unified CM Administration where can i delete the automated cisco voicemail, because the problem now we are facing is that 30% of the staff have left the institution and those phone still have their voicemail

You can cancel voicemail redirection for the extension of your interest. To accomplish this, uncheck the checkbox at the Directory Number configuration page for the corresponding extension.

At second phase, you can delete the unused voicemail accounts at the voicemail server (CUC).
