The Cisco Partner program has a number of tested solutions for Recording products. Here is the link;

Nice/Witness Recorders have been tested; Verint and other third-party vendors manufacture suitable recorders.

You should also check out syn-apps. They have a good recording solution as well as many other useful apps for CUCM.
