      <description>&lt;P&gt;When i take the CUCM logs from RTMT. The output when it is opened in any of the applications like Notepad, Notepad++, wordpad, the debug output comes in abnormal format. Screenshot attached.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Encountering the same issue with sdl pulled from CUCM 15.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;SDL files format is txt but they show just like the screenshot provided by&amp;nbsp;ORC_NOC035.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any clue?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P class="xxmsonormal"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;-Don't select the uncompressed log file check box then files will be downloaded in readable format &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="xxmsonormal"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;-Use RTMT plugin from 15su2 with lower versions of 15 ex. 15su1&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="xxmsonormal"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hope this helps those who may encounter this issue.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
