topic unity connection 7.1.2 Service Control Center in Unified Communications Infrastructure

Hello All,

When I go to Cisco Unity Connection Servicibility and hit service management I get the error that I can't contact the service center. Is this not accessible anymore? So these services can only be stopped from the CLI, or do I have an issue? Thanks!

Jason

Hi Jason -

I did not experience any problems with Serviceability after upgrading from 7.0(2) to 7.1(2). Did this work for you before? Try this web url to see if that goes to Serviceability directly - Go to https://<CISCO unity="" connection="" server="" ip="" address="">/cuservice. I also found this section of the troubleshooting guide which discusses SNMP for serviceability - make sure the Master SNMP Agent and Connection SNMP Agent services are started - http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/connection/7x/troubleshooting/guide/7xcuctsg240.html</CISCO>

Ginger
