      <title>CUPC not able to make call in softphone mode</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. CUCM 7.x&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.Presence 7.x&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. CUPC 7.x&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am facing a problem as follows:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. In softphone mode i am not able to dial any other phone from CUPC i am getting a error message in CUPC that " out of service "&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. In dekphone phone the call is landing and i can recieve the phone call but i am not able to hear anything from CUPC throug a attached headphone in my Laptop where cupc is installed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The CUPC softphone is getting registered in CUCM as a SIP phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help in resolving the issue will be apreceiated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Michael&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;202.54.112.194 is a SIP trunk for ISP but we are not using this This customer used for dialing to number that ios outside the cluster.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The main issue that we are not able to dial number that is registeicred in the cluster.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can check for the device name " UPCKIRANSNEXT ".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is the device name of CUPC that is registerd with cucm.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) You need to make sure the change was populated from AD to CUCM (CUCM &amp;gt; "System &amp;gt; LDAP &amp;gt; LDAP Directory &amp;gt; Perform Full Sync Now")&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) You need to make sure the change was populated from CUCM to CUPS (CUPS &amp;gt; Serviceability &amp;gt; Control Center - Feature Services &amp;gt; Restart "Cisco UP Sync Agent")&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3) CUPC log will tell you if there's a comma in the caller's full name.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Michael&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
