    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I have CM 4.1. I was tasked with finding out how many calls we get in a given month/week/day. Incoming and outgoing, and as specific as a single extension.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this sort of reporting built in to CM, or do I require a 3rd party program? If so, what would you recommend for less than 100 users?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Cisco CallManager Serviceability CDR Analysis and Reporting (CAR) tool generates reports of information for quality of service, traffic, user call volume, billing, and gateways.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A class="jive-link-custom" href="http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/service/4_1_3/ccmsrva/sacar1.html" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/service/4_1_3/ccmsrva/sacar1.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or you can use 3rd party tools, but CAR should give you enough information for what you need&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
