How to access my Voice mail from PSTN

Dear All,

I have CUCM version 6.0 integrated with Unity 5.0 , I need your support for the configuration steps I need to do to be the users can access his voice mail from PSTN, I need a detail configuration I will do on the CUCM and unity.

simply have something route you to unity from PSTN (translation pattern, CTI RP with CFA to VM whatever you like) then press * to reach sign in

or configure a routing rule to go direct to sign in

I made CTI RP with CFA to VM and I configured a routing rule as attached ,but still I can not get my voice mail, if you see any mistake please advice .

yes 2 errors

this is not a direct call, use forward rules not direct rules

configure DNIS, not ANI

change those and try again, i assume the DN from screenshoot is the one from CTI RP because that's supposed to be the DNIS
