&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have 8811 SIP phones for which I have configured voicemail features. SIP phones MWI light is not working even though my extensions are getting messages.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any specific configuration require for SIP phones.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;sh ccn subsystem sip&lt;BR /&gt;SIP Gateway: 10.105.61.2&lt;BR /&gt;SIP Port Number: 5060&lt;BR /&gt;DTMF Relay: sip-notify,sub-notify&lt;BR /&gt;MWI Notification: outcall,sub-notify&lt;BR /&gt;MWI Envelope Info: disabled&lt;BR /&gt;Transfer Mode: bye-also&lt;BR /&gt;SIP RFC Compliance: Pre-RFC3261&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Above configuration is working for my SCCP phones. Please advice for the SIP phone MWI notification.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;sip-ua&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;mwi server ipv4:10.105.61.2 unsolicited&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have followed few documents and configured unsolicited configuration on both side - CME &amp;amp; CUE but did not worked out for me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;what are the traces level and how I should collect to check the errors ?&lt;/P&gt;
