Hi,

1) If the debug client doesn't show anything it is either because the client is not associated on that controller or that nothing special is happening (client is just working fine, not roaming, nothing).

2) Every 30 minutes sounds like a session timeout. By default the WLAN session timeout is 30 minutes, did you check that in your WLAN setting on the controller ?

Hope this helps.

Nicolas

===

Don't forget to rate answers that you find useful

I have a facility that is complaining of wireless issues. They have 1242 AP's connected to a 4402 controller. I picked a client mac and logged in to the controllers CLI and issued the 'debug client <mac>' command but i am not seeing any results. Do I have to look somewhere else for the debug output?

I see lot's of re-associations throughout the day for these clients. One interesting fact is the duration on most is 30 minutes and 9 or 10 seconds.

Basically I need help troubleshooting the client. Clients are LXE and HHP mobile scanners.

Thanks!
