Is there a possibility to make 1100 to handover clients less agressively?

The problem is that when a client is not moving it still reassociates quite often (about once a minute). Because reassociation, authentication and DHCP takes noticeble time it is preferable to reduce the amount of reassociation for the clients that does not need fsr.

The stuff:

1100

wlsm

win xp

peap
