      <title>Antenna Aiming</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am setting up a link of around 13 miles but I won't be able to match antenna height at both locations. The root system's antenna is at a hundred and twenty feet and the client node's antenna is at 75 feet. I would like to know if there is a place I can find the correlation between degree down tilt on the 3338 dish and effective tilt on the beam.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to measure how much tilt the dish has on it so that alingment is a little easier&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;KB&lt;/P&gt;</description>

On a 13 mile link, this will require that the antennas be at least 80 feet above any obstacles in the path between the two. So, any obstacle height must be added to this amount (i.e. 80 feet plus the height of the tallest tree between (100 feet) would give you a minimum tower height of 180 feet). You can get the Outdoor Bridge Range Calculation Utility at &lt;A class="jive-link-custom" href="http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/765/tools/" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/765/tools/&lt;/A&gt;.
