      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;"&gt;Can somebody provide a loink to the procedure to reset the AP to factory default as it is not registering with the controller .&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;"&gt;what we have in L2 Mode, It is connecting to some other controller in l3 mode which is not part of our network.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;"&gt;The AP Model no is AIR-LAP1142N-A-K9.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
