Ciao,
Thanks for your suggestion. I did already: I am able to select the bose speakers and the mic, but mic is working and speakers not (extra info: if I test the speakers via option provided by the cisco tool I see the bar moving but I don't hear the testing jingle)
Is there anything else I could test/check/change?
Thanks
Regards, Luca

Hi,

I tried to use a Bose 700NC Bluetooth Headset with Jabber CISCO installed on Windor10 HP ElitePro Laptop .

Jabber recognize the Headset both for Speakers and Mic but if I test, only Mic is working while Speakers not.

I have a colleague that is using the an older version, i.e. Bose 700 version, and is working fine.

FYI I tested my headset with the same PC for simply listening musing and it is perfectly working.

I really hope that someone in this wide community could help me.

Thanks in advance for your support

Luca

Hi Luca - this forum is primarily about wireless networking (WiFi) so you might get lucky and somebody might be able to help but I think you will have more luck in the correct forum - for example https://community.cisco.com/t5/collaboration-applications/bd-p/discussions-collaboration-apps because you are really asking a question about the Jabber app not WiFi 🙂
Regards
Rich

Check the advanced settings in Jabber and make sure you selected the right speakers.

You can try to update the Bluetooth drivers of the adapter in the computer, assuming you use the Bluetooth connection.
