WLC not joing AP

Hi,

I am having one problem on my WLC, AP not join and i can see logs that error.

*osapiBsnTimer: Jan 03 01:00:45.415: %DTLS-3-HANDSHAKE_FAILURE: openssl_dtls.c:2202 Failed to complete DTLS handshake with peer

Can someone help me?

AP won't join a controller if the time and date is incorrect. Synchronize the WLC with an NTP (don't manually set the time and date).

If the AP still won't join, console into the AP and reboot the AP. Post the entire boot-up process because we want to see what the AP is doing.

2. WLC: sh time;

WLC Timezone is a blank. What timezone is this controller in?

Post the complete output to the AP command "sh version".

Please configure the timezone of the controller.
Connect a console cable to the AP and reboot the AP. We want to see the boot-up process of the AP.

capwap ap primary-base "name WLC - IP WLC"
