Wireless Controller 2504 adder licenses not registering

Hello,

We purchased 5 adder licenses (currently have 25) from CDW (Part # L-LIC-CT2504-UPG), registered online and downloaded the *.lic file, uploaded it to the controller via ftp and received notice of successful completion. Rebooted the controller.

The controller is still reporting that only 25 (instead of 30) ap's supported.

Any assistance anyone could provide would be helpful.

Did you accept the EULA?

Thanks for responding.

I accepted an EULA when the license (*.lic) file was generated on the website. The controller did not ask me to accept an EULA (per step 4 of the procedure you sent).

Any other ideas?

Try to choose the license file in the GUI and then it should ask you to accept.

Thanks for getting back. I appreciate it.

Unless I'm missing it, the license file does not appear in the GUI. I go to Management/Software Activation/licenses and it does not appear on that list.

Please pardon my ignorance, but should I look somewhere else?
